Fannie Mae tightening Appraisal Guidelines

According to the Melbourne Association of REALTORS, it appears that Fannie Mae is tightening their appraisal, as well as lending guidelines. The proposed changes are as follows:
For real estate agents and/or mortgage brokers: “no person receiving a commission due to the successful completion of a loan may communicate with the appraiser.”
