Hi Mark, Good questions. I have seen instances where home staging has cut days on market in half compared to the average market time for a specified area. I have also seen owners net thousands more than the market average for a specific area, with a staged home. I think it depends on the specific area, the price point of the home and how the home shows before the staging is done, as to whether staging will be effective for a particular property. Today the internet is full of home staging websites and home staging blogs. Those websites would probably be able to give you the answers to your questions. Best wishes!

Hi,
Do you have any feeling for how much staging helps to sell a home, either in days on market or in a higher price? Just curious (relatively new agent).
